Delivery: We ship goods within the Faroe Islands as well as abroad. The cost of shipment is added to the purchase price. Delivery time within the Faroe Islands is normally 3-4 working days. Delivery time abroad can vary from 7 to 14 working days.
Cancellation and return policy: If you regret and wish to cancel your purchase, you can return the item within 14 days, and thereafter you have 14 days to return the purchased goods. The item must be in the same condition as when it was purchased.
A product is deemed 'used' if it is used beyond what is possible by testing the product, in store.
If the product is used, you need to make a specific assessment of what the item can be sold for as per used value. In the case of potential damage to the goods, the consumer does not have a right to return these.
If goods are returned along with original receipt, you are eligible for a refund or store credit note.

If a consumer uses the right to cancel a purchase, the full amount paid will refunded, including shipping costs from Navia. In the case of return of goods, the consumer must pay for shipping costs to Navia.
Personal Information: When you purchase an item, you must create a user account, stating your name, postal address, e-mail, telephone number and other relevant information. Your information will be saved for future purchases, when only your registered e-mail address and password are needed.
If you do not wish to have a registered user account or to receive Navia offers by e-mail, please notify us by e-mail at email@example.com, and your user account will be deleted.
Lost Knitting Pattern: If a purchased knitting pattern is lost on your computer, you cannot claim a new one. If the knitting pattern is not visible on your computer, please contact: firstname.lastname@example.org
Error in the Knitting Pattern: In the case of errors in a purchased knitting pattern, such as in relation to the amount of yarn, please feel free to contact Navia. You will not be eligible to receive compensation, but we are happy to find a solution.
Gift Cards: For the purchase of gift vouchers on the website, specify the value of the gift card and fill out the name and e-mail of the recipient. The gift card is then sent via e-mail. The recipient receives an e-mail message on the gift card along with a discount code that can be used for purchase on the website. Validity of vouchers is one year.
Complaints: The Sales Law may apply to a potential fault or defect in a purchased product. In accordance with the Sales Law, you, as a consumer, have a 24-month warranty on all purchased products.
This means that you can either get purchased products repaired or replaced, a refund or reduction in price, depending on the specific situation, in the case of a fault or defect. At the same time, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the fault or defect is not caused by incorrect use of the product or other injurious behaviour.
With regards to products of a limited lifetime, your warranty is also restricted to the common shelf life of the product concerned.
If you discover a fault or defect in a purchased item, you should contact Navia as soon as possible and within a reasonable amount of time, after your purchase, to explain the specific fault or defect. If you put forth a complaint within two months after discovering the fault or defect, the complaint will always be deemed timely.
Complaints can be made by contacting our call centre or by contacting one of our stores. In the case of goods with a fault or defect, Navia always seeks to repair the product or to provide an alternative replacement, unless this would incur disproportionate costs for Navia.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The product must always be returned in protective packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipment, so that we can reimburse your shipping costs.
